Individual coaching matches each coach with the advisor best suited to his or her team, level and sporting discipline. The consultant will accompany the coach for the duration of the coaching package. The formulas we offer combine coaching sessions, in-person observation, scientific research and university courses. All parts of the formula are specially chosen according to the needs and means of the trainer.

Co-create strategies, methods and knowledge.

The majority of sessions give way to collaborative coaching, i.e. the trainer and coach work together to create concrete actions and acquire useful knowledge for the trainer's coaching.‍‍‍

What will your advisor do during coaching?

  • Question your interventions and planning to get you to think deeply.
  • Act as a sounding board to test your new ideas by acting as an impartial and trustworthy person.
  • Share effective coaching principles recognized worldwide and applicable to your reality.
  • Observe your intervention methods in person and then provide constructive criticism of your teaching.
